1. HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?
Easy! Do nothing! Let us do all the hard work for you! We will keep you updated closely through email! You are most welcome to write to us too!
2. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIME AND DURATION?
We accept orders at anytime. We will process your order as soon as your payment is being confirmed and processed. Then, your order will be processed through our Merchandise department carefully. We do not guarantee on the delivery timeline. However, our standard delivery timeline is between three (3) to four (4) weeks time depending on what product your have ordered and whether the products you ordered are from overseas or stocks located at our local warehouse.
3. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We do not accept any return or exchange at the moment. In case of damage or defected goods, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
4. HOW DO I GET REFUND?
We do not practice any purchase refund. However, we will do our best to provide you great shopping experience with us.

6. WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT METHODS GOOD HOUSE OFFERS?
We offer PayPal payment service at the moment. It is being used internationally and it is very safe. We are not liable to any payment (for customer use) required by PayPal. For payment inquiries, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
7. HOW TO USE GOOD HOUSE VOUCHER?
Just enter the Voucher code (please check the expiry date before using the voucher) during your check out. For VIP Pass and other special voucher, we will accumulate your earned points and update you from time to time. You can also check them in your member account at www.goodhouse.my or write to us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
8. HOW TO CHOOSE FROM SIZES OR COLOURS?

10. HOW TO FIND PRODUCTS I WANT FROM “SEARCH” COLUMN?
Type relevant category keyword such as “Kitchen”, “Bedroom”, “Outdoor” and etc. that fits to your description. You can also refer to our Dictionary and Product Index list to find keyword that fits your requirement. Alternatively, you can search relevant items on the right panel of any product page to see what categories we have and further your search in there. You can also easily search your preferred colour or prices according to your budget through our provided convenience which located on the left panel of any product page and right upper panel on any product page too.
11. WHAT KIND OF SHIPPING SERVICES DO WE OFFER?
We only provide courier service with our choice of service provider.
12. WHAT IS A VIP PASS?
VIP Pass is an accumulated ticket we offer to exclusive members by invitation ONLY. This VIP Pass encompass various kind of activities, shows and events as and when we organize.
13. HOW DO I EARN POINTS / REBATES / DISCOUNTS / GIFTS AWAY / PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS AND VIP PASS?
You can easily earn points by purchasing more! Each point is equivalent to RM1. You can redeem Voucher worth of RM10 for every 500 points. For Rebates, Discounts and Gifts Away will be offered as and when promotion being launched. VIP Pass is a ticket (through lucky draw) we offer to exclusive members by invitation ONLY. You can upgrade yourself to a VIP Pass by spending more than RM2,500 within six (6) months time at GOOD HOUSE. You can also upgrade yourself to a VIP Pass by participating in our promotion as and when offered.
